With 4K60 resolution, it guarantees sharp detail even during fast-paced motion capture, offering exceptional reliability for high-end cinematic and commercial projects.

The Pyro 5, a compact 5.5-inch monitor and the latest addition to the Pyro ecosystem, will also be showcased. Building on the series’ revolutionary video transmission and monitoring capabilities, it supports 1TX to 4RX with a 400m LOS range, camera control, and proxy recording, streamlining workflows and collaboration. Since its August debut, it has quickly gained traction among creators worldwide.

The VenusLiv Air, launching on September 3, stands out as one of Hollyland’s most anticipated camera innovations. With a 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor, the camera enhances light intake and detail retention, even in low-light scenarios. AI Tuning adjusts exposure, contrast, and color in real-time, delivering strong imagery without manual complexity, ideal for casual users and creators on the go. A wide F1.05 aperture further elevates performance, delivering shallow depth of field and vivid low-light imagery.

Designed for mid-to-large teams, it supports up to 80 belt-packs, ensuring seamless communication across expansive production sites. With 100 independent groups, the system enables precise communication streams, eliminating crosstalk and miscommunication. In this 8D city, the creators sought different ways to tell Chongqing’s story. Some let it move to a musical rhythm, treating the streets as if they were notes in a melody. Others leaned on cinematic language, chasing depth and atmosphere across spaces. Still others looked at the dialogue between past and present, setting tradition and modernity within the same frame. Different as these paths seemed, they all turned toward the same theme: using the lens to reinterpret the city’s rhythm and character.

Rhythm, Play & Time

Through the creators’ lenses, Chongqing could unfold like a piece of music. At Liziba Station, the train threading straight through a high-rise struck the opening note, while the markets shifted the rhythm—sometimes brisk, sometimes lingering. By night, the lights of Hongyadong carried the melody to its crescendo. Some frames held the quick pulse of the city, others lingered on atmosphere, until the cuts came together like a score composed in motion.

Or it could take the shape of an improvised street performance. Laughter rippled through Guanyinqiao, the noise of Bayi Road merged with passing interactions, and sudden ideas dissolved small disagreements. The mood stayed light, playful, full of surprise. As night fell, the city itself became the stage, its glow closing the act with energy still in the air.

Or perhaps it was a dialogue between past and present. The stone alleys and vendor cries of Ciqikou carried the weight of memory; the neon of Jiefangbei Monument and the steep stairways of White Elephant Residence pressed forward with today’s pace. The river cableway pulled both worlds into the same frame, and in Hongyadong, where stilted houses met the shimmer of neon, the city seemed to leave a line of commentary in its own hand.

In Chongqing, time rarely keeps a single beat—it rushes forward in crowded alleys, then lingers in the echo of temple bells. Inspiration often came from ordinary places. In Laojun Cave, a camera was quietly raised to capture calm beneath the weight of the bells; on the stairways of White Elephant Residence, breath and footsteps overlapped, revealing the immediacy of everyday life. The creators searched for stories in these fragments, using their lenses to hold the city’s most authentic pulse.

Not every plan went as expected. At a teahouse in Ciqikou, the scheduled face-changing performance nearly slipped away due to timing. After a quick exchange, the team adapted, and the stage came alive again. Masks flew, the crowd gasped, and the cameras caught it all. What could have been a setback became an unexpected highlight, giving the story an immediacy no script could design. The mood stayed light, yet each quick decision drew the group closer and added sparks to the film.

They also caught moments of cultural encounter. At Huguang Guild Hall, a traveler from abroad sat quietly among locals, listening to stories carried through the hall; at Nanbin Road’s Clock Tower Square, he laughed with strangers and shared a snack. The camera didn’t search for a central character—it let these unscripted gestures guide the story. In those fleeting exchanges, what stayed with them was not the backdrop but the sense of connection—the very spirit of WeConnect.

The footage began to weave into layered narratives. From subway exits to riversides, from brief pauses on street corners to passing glances, each moment seemed separate at first, yet they crossed again and again, as if inevitably drawn together.

The encounters captured through their lenses moved in step with the city’s rhythm, at once dynamic and composed, like the very symphony they set out to create. For the creators, it felt less like a show, and more like a dialogue—proof that technology, when guided by imagination, can carry culture upward, translating tradition into light and letting it speak again in the language of the future.

As they entered the arrivals hall, the creators were welcomed by a scene prepared by Hollyland. Signs reading “Welcome to Chongqing” filled the space, each paired with thoughtful translations: Bienvenue à Chongqing in French, Bienvenido a Chongqing in Spanish. Alongside them were emojis—symbols of the city itself—making the message clear: this is Chongqing.

At the center of it all were two oversized emoji boards: one for Today’s Vibe, the other for Can’t Wait to Explore. One creator picked , poking fun at their jet-lag and drawing chuckles from the crowd. Another went for , striking a movie-poster pose as the cameras clicked. Then came — a bold choice paired with a grin and the shout, “I’m here for the hotpot!” The arrivals hall turned into a chorus of laughter and applause.

This multilingual welcome felt less like a first meeting and more like a reunion in full swing. Through different languages and emojis, the same excitement carried across. Though coming from all over the world, everyone here, in this moment, belongs to Hollyland.

Air-Raid Shelter Hotpot: A Night of Chongqing Culture

As night fell, Chongqing lit up in neon. Lights along the river crossed with the glow of layered overpasses, but tonight’s stage was underground — a bunker-turned-hotpot hall with its own flavor. By day we had flown above the clouds, and by night we sat deep in the mountain city, gathered around simmering pots. The space glowed warm and hazy, steam carrying the scent of chili oil. Around the tables, laughter lifted with the rising heat.

The evening didn’t end on the taste alone. As the spice and smoke began to fade, a Resource Battle took the stage, a string of games and laughter to decide how tomorrow’s filming resources would be shared.

The spice challenge came first, sending the energy soaring: faces flushed, eyes watering, yet no one backed down. Each brave bite earned louder cheers around the table. Then came the long-chopstick bean relay, the tension high as beans wobbled on the edge, every near-drop pulling gasps until the final success erupted in laughter and applause.

The tempo only climbed. In the dialect relay, “巴适得很” — “so good” in Chongqing slang — was passed from voice to voice, steady at first, then hilariously off-key, each round unleashing bigger waves of laughter. The finale was the hotpot puzzle race: tiles snapping into place, answers shouted over the noise, cheers and laughter echoing against the stone walls until the bunker felt like a festival.

After the frenzy came a pause. The aroma of broth still hung in the air, and the echoes of voices had not yet faded. In that warmth, flavored with Chongqing’s culture, people from different places found connection. Around the hotpot, through spice and shared joy, they found common ground. For them, this night in the air-raid shelter was more than a taste of Chongqing. It was a shared moment, and a real connection.

As part of its WeConnect 2025 brand day celebration, Hollyland warmly invited over 30 creators from around the world to China, for an exciting five-day adventure. Serving as the source of creation and connection, which is also the theme of Hollyland WeConnect 2025, Hollyland hoped to promote the collision of inspiration and free expression among global creators through this event.

Shenzhen Headquarters Open Day

On August 27th, this highly anticipated five-day China journey grandly launched at Hollyland’s Shenzhen headquarters, providing a unique opportunity for international creators to deeply explore the city’s innovation hub. The event commenced with a distinctive welcome ceremony. Guided by the Unitree Go2 Pro Robot Dog and the Unitree G1 Intelligent Bionic Humanoid Robot, over 30 creators were welcomed into the venue by the enthusiastic Hollyland team. An ice-breaking game, which included a fun “listen and answer questions” session, introduced each visiting creator in a relaxed and captivating way; this immediately eliminated any feeling of unfamiliarity and fostered a closer bond among everyone.

An Immersive Dive into the Heart of Innovation

In the afternoon, the creators toured the R&D department, where Hollyland’s extensive acoustic research accomplishments were showcased in full. From unraveling the secrets behind the microphone’s exceptional sound quality to exploring the root causes of the Hollyland intercom system’s superior performance, the creators were given a glimpse into the details. They toured the R&D and testing departments, including the listening room, anechoic chamber, and integrated laboratory, experiencing the product performance testing process. Next, the creators explored the camera testing room.

They entered the cleanroom where cameras are manufactured and witnessed the creation of the Hollyland live streaming camera. The creators also had a hands-on experience with the microphone laser engraving process, each crafting their own laser-engraved LARK MAX 2 as a unique keepsake.

During the live-streaming experience session, each creator assembled their own live-streaming team, drawing on their respective strengths to form a professional live-streaming team consisting of a cameraman, lighting technician, director, host, script editors, and props team. The creators grabbed their VenusLiv Air and started a unique live stream.

They experienced live streaming with real-time background replacement using cutouts in the green screen live streaming room, real-scene live streaming, and the joy of collaborative live streaming in the team live room.

Welcome Dinner: Joyful Gathering and Bright Futures

The Hollyland Open Day concluded with a wonderful welcome dinner. At the start of the dinner, Hollyland General Manager Lima Wen delivered a warm welcome speech, expressing his warmest welcome to the global creators who had journeyed from afar and sharing his high expectations for the event.

The dinner was filled with a host of spectacular performances. The bartenders presented a dazzling fire-breathing show, instantly igniting the atmosphere; the magicians’ captivating performances also elicited gasps and cheers from the audience. Amidst laughter and joy, over 30 creators toasted enthusiastically to celebrate this unforgettable moment and looked forward to their upcoming trip to Chongqing.
